Lavender Womyn Kayaking Klub

The Salem and Eugene groups have joined forces and developed a Kayaking group (Lavender Womyn Kayaking Klub).  If you'd like to get involved with the group and get on their email list, then please send an email to Cari at:  waterboi@comcast.net  Also, if you'd like to receive tips and a newsletter on kayaking, let her know that as well.

Cari has a kayaking business in Eugene called "Paddle Sports."  Many people when first starting out aren't sure what they want or need... or don't have the time to do the research when wanting a different kayak... and that's why she can help. She can offer quality used boats and equipment at a fraction of the new cost. She guarantees all boats and equipment meet safety standards and the individual's needs whether it's for sea touring, recreational flat-water, or white water. If the boater is in the market for a new kayak or equipment, she can help there as well. Wanting to do a trip... let her help organize it.

Some of the items/services she offers are:
-Kayaks: Sea touring, recreational flat-water, white water, and inflatables (IK)
-Personal floatation devices (PFD)
-Paddles
-Spray skirts/cockpit covers
-Dry bags
-Throw bags (rescue)
-Tow ropes/paddle tethers
-Helmets
-Paddle Jackets/wet suits/booties/other clothing
-Vehicle racks (Yakima, Thule, other)
-Custom boat and equipment fitting
-Boat and equipment repair
-Consulting
-Organizing trips
-If I don't have it, I'll find it!
Cari can be reached at: Waterboi@comcast.net
Go out and make some waves!
